the whole "podium meet for level 10s" ended up failing because #1, lexie priessman won when she was an elite already in 2010, and a huge chunk of the gymnasts who qualify are already elites. kayla williams already had a world vault gold for crying out loud

@tedsler its a meet that is set up to give younger girls and girls who are not qualified to elite to compete at a podium meet. they also brought back the 10.0 system just for this meet. Nastia wanted to give the girls a chance to see what a meet like this feels like
