yes she's not shouldering the weapon properly, but you should learn a bit about proper marksmanship yourself before commenting. It is best to lean slightly backwards so that the gun is balanced over your center of mass. This provides a more stable shooting platform. With a real assault weapon firing fully auto or shotgun, you might lean forward a bit to deal with recoil, but otherwise doing that is less accurate. But yeah, she's not shouldering it properly :P
