Don't worry, the game will come around when you are at the proper age and it will be more affordable too. In any case you will be blown away and in love with FFXIII.

No other previous ff character, but there will be another Cid.

There is blood in the game primarily in the cutschenes, it will be very minimal in the game if none at all.

Limits work with very simple on screen commands you follow. Each character will have their unique limits.

The game should be at least 40 hours to conquer. 200+ for all the hardcores easy.

Everything from summons to limits is what you expect from an FF game except its more interactive. There are plenty of ways to manipulate and annihilate your enemy without having it feel repetitive.

I agree with FFXIII being one of the best JRPG. Why? Well for me, it comes just behind Chrono Trigger. Sorry. :P

But, that's just about it! Blizzard handles MMO's and I feel if they were to craft a game, it would be something like FF 12.

I don't know about this one, Blizzard depends too much on their MMO status. As a stand alone game it doesn't offer anything innovative.
