Personally, I think Led Zeppelin kick's Aerosmith's ass, although aerosmith had sopme good stuff, they don't seem, to me to be as pioneering, as heavy, or as varie as Led Zeppelin, but as I said they had some good stuff, and this is just my opnion, and I am sure there are many who would disagre with me. Apparently you haven't heard all of Aerosmiths first five LP's if you think all the good songs could go on one CD. I'm a die hard fan af all the classic bands you speak of as are most Aerosmith fans. The first few Aerosmith LP's are way better then the first LP's by the Beatles, Stones, the Who, and the Stones. They all were copying other bands mostly and grew into greatness. Zeppelin won't tour, not with Plant anyway. It says so right on his website on the home page. All I ever said was that Aerosmith are legends too, That's fact. Aerosmith's first 4 Lp's are easily better than the Beatles, Stones, The Who, and Pink Floyd's first few Lp's. I like all those bands better, but not their first few offerings. If Zep ever tours; I'll have no problems getting tickets if they come to Florida and I'm not rich.

Steven Tyler was awesome in his own right.

Just Robert Plant was suited for Zeppelin, and Tyler for Aerosmith. I like and respect both of them
