As a man, I can tell you that even if you were a little bigger, the large implants would take all attention away from that, it's just an idea for you. Again, thank you for the inspiration.   • I thiink it's awsome that you have lost so much weight in such a stedy pace. I think it's important that people understand how hard it is to lose that amount of weight, the sacrifices involved, the will power you need to stay the course for so long. People these days are to lazy, and hope to get skinny by taking some magic pill, but examples like yours, REAL people loosing weight by diet and exercise is what we need to see more often. Kudos to you!

  • I don't think you can ever lose all the weight and keep it off without proper nutrition. Meal substitutes will always leave your body hungry and store instead of shed. Good Luck!

  • Exercise really is the best way to loose weight

  • running a few miles would've been better. essentially all you have to do is burn calories to initiate a calorie deficit. Running burns calories more consistently.

  • Congrats on the Loss. It is always a hard, long slog, but keep it up, you look fantasic.

  • I dont get why you focus sooo much on weight as such... Would you really care, how much you weigh.. when all everyone wants is to look good? I mean your probably gaining muscle from the work out whilst losing fat.. hence why your weight will not decrease as quick.. but keep at it and when you have got more muscle to use the fat as an energy source you will be able to finally shed the excess weight from the fat. E.g. Resulting the sexy real you

  • I think you're doing great. I'm at a plateau right now too. How many calories are you targeting per day? I find that is the fastest way I can lose weight.
