I have no idea. Probably sometime in the 90's, like the other devices. I don't know how to read the date codes on Radionics devices, if they even have date codes.

@soccerdude7330 I know this is a late reply, but From what I can tell on the box, the date code was 9923, Sense I kind of doubt there were 110cd strobes in 1992 (I could be wrong on that), 1999 would make more sense. So from what I can figure out it was manufactured 2/3/99.
