  • what is the clouddead song that had this? help me out its driving me crazy!

  • Why the fuck is this good?! Nostalgia all over, good times, good times

  • I remember growing up with a lot of these NES games (they sort of raised me), and I'll never forget the music. I'd even put up with the bad games, or the ones that kept kicking my ass over and over again, as long as the music was good.

  • I demand you turn off that hideous smoothing filter this instant!

  • Better than the Goonies I version, in my opinion..

  • i remember this song when i was 5-9 damn

  • Great!

  • Am I the only one who enjoys listen to this music more than the actual song? Don't get me wrong, I love Cyndi's original version, but something about this version just seems more lively and upbeat.

  • After playing this for years I barely clicked that this was the Lauper song lol. I feel so dumb.

  • I just heard what I believe was the arcade version of this theme. This is sooooo much better and vibrant.

  • @voltaman33 the arcade song AND game completely own the NES version,i hated that game

  • @BabyFacedAssassin301 I just watched and listened to the arcade version and it's barely different, someone is full of crap.

  • *listens to song*

    *drops hammer on own foot*

    "Ouch! What do you do?:"

  • Oh yeah! ITS YOYO SPAMMIN TIME!

  • This game was amazing back in the day, especially the Cyndi Lauper soundtrack. I'm having withdrawel symptoms right now!

  • @TheRockstarSpy Amen to that! A flood of memories coming back when I hear this lol

  • I like the original Goonies game better than this one, but I think they did this song ever so slightly better in this game. Don't get me wrong - this game was good, too.

  • i love it!

  • my first nintendo game, my sister got zelda, ahh the memories, mom just outta no where decided to take me and my sister to toys r us before it closed and got us the system we were like wtf,

  • @Butchurus .....that's.....interesting. With the alteration that it was a Wal-Mart, that exact same thing happened the exact same way for ME too.

    *scratches head* 8-bit Syncronicity

  • @HotaruZoku thats crazy but yea i guess its possible, was your next game rygar by any chance?

  • @Butchurus Ah, the syncronicity ends. First was Mario Brothers, second was Zelda, and third, I believe, Star Tropics.

  • I heard this song so much, we had this on a big arcade system and it was hella fun. Good times... Good times.

  • OH MY GOD, Great memories :>

  • godamn i swear that game music is so nostalgic it jerks a funny tear drop of memories lol...

    freakin childhood right there

  • probably my favorite platformer on nes

  • Ahh, the Cyndi Lauper song, excellent job they did at 8-bitting this song. :3

  • this game was so hard

  • @clariceave good, so i'm not the only one that found this to be true, lol.

  • @clariceave try abadox you dont know what hard is lol.

  • @slappy10524 Oh gosh your right, i just watched a lets play of that game. It looks extremely hard!

  • @slappy10524

or how bout terminator 2 for gameboy, u had to beat the game with one single lifebar, that didnt refill between stages

  • awesome, I still play NES games on my NES : )

  • wow that's some high-fidelity NES music.

Remember when I played this back in the day, I wish to say "good times" but it wasn't really. So damn hard to beat for a little kid who didn't understand English.

  • @piip4 I fully agree. Played this when i were around 6, didn't know a single word of English..
