It is real. Moreover, the basic principle is really easy to understand and be taught even to beginners. The additional training afterwards only helps to delevop more and more efficient ways of extending ki during movement. The "unbendable arm" is one of the first tests you do in training.
It s real, but it ain t for anybody, and truly there aren t many (even among black belts and tones of dans) who really understand these principles. Plus it is not an easy thing to learn and appropriate training conditions are needed to study this.
@TheSUBGAMER It's easier to show this than explain in writting: stand normally and extend your arm, look in the direction of your arm to a distance far away, don't stare, just look as if you want to see something on the horizon, you can also imagine that your arm is a fireman's hose with water bursting out powerfully in the direction of your fingers. These images may help a beginner but are not necessary. While maintaining your "distant gaze" ask a friend to try and bend your arm.
@Derukugi2 With due respect mate. I respectfully disagree. This is real. You must be able to do it first before you believe. Same goes with other ki tricks. Peace ^_^
@Derukugi2 well that's right. At first I was a skeptic too but when I've tried it, it's real. There's a scientific and physiological explanation why ki tricks effects.

This stuff is only "real" for the believers. It does not work on sceptics. So spare me you ki blasts...
