  • Instead of the flip-flop, use a RSnor latch. combinations go to a AND gate, where the button goes in, and the output of that gate goes to the lath, and the reset goes to the other input of the latch, resetting it. I have done that, and it saves a lot of space :)

    Try this: have your door open as long as the button is sending power.

    this way the password has to be re-submitted.

    I did that with my lock. It makes it more secure.
