Harry Brown is the good guy. The bad guys are the youths that attack the defenceless old man who is Harry's friend. They batter him to death, after they've tried to burn his flat down and bullied him. Plan B plays Noel, the leader of the gang, he's vile.

You should watch the film, it's excellent and shows how the bullying and gang mentality that some young people (not all young people, the vast majority are decent, nice kids) think is funny is actually terrifying to some people :)
