They are not legal to be played in TCG tournaments but maybe is legal to be played at some card shops or OCG tournaments. Other than that, they are more shiny +_+

it just feels more durable and if u bend it around it doesnt ruin the card. korean and japanese cards (OCG) are prety much the same. english (TCG) are the cards that become bad condition easily. they crease, dent, wear down more easily.
