@Kryp6 I havent played the game in forever, but the way I remember it, there was absolutely nobody in the streets, everywhere was quiet except for Jack and Ridley walking to the Castle hand in hand. They were enemies of the state in the middle of a war, if the humans were not wiped out then why were there no guards?
Now in the human path there is life all over that place, and Jack was of course miserable.
What did I miss? were they hiding from Jack and Ridley or something?
@Teratouch that is the nature of a Pyrrhic Victory, sometimes the cost is so great you ask if it was even worth fighting in the first place. That is why you fight for something you truly care about and not man made ideals, so at the end of the day you can be proud and say that you made the right choice.
The jack of the Non human side was far more mature and composed than the human side version of the story. He had a purpose and a reason for why he was fighting
The only things i didnt like about this game was that it had no neutral path, also the Gold dragon should have been the human path final boss and the silver dragon the non-human path boss, i also wish it had a sequel this game was too good for only a sigle entry.

Looking back, the English voice acting certainly had its hiccups. Still, I do remember feeling sad at this scene. I rather liked Ridley, twin-tailed, tsundere pseudo-loli archetype and all, but the poignancy of the Human ending resonated with me more than the unclear Fairy ending. To this day, I think the developers just ran out of time and had to rush the Fairy path, because it feels less fleshed out compared to the Humans.
I really wish they would make a sequel, but I'm not holding my breath

NON-HUMAN - you become a traitor & decide to kill off your whole species & betray the kingdom your father died to protect in order to "protect" your girlfriend.

Can anyone help me? I completed the Non-human and Human paths respectively. I finished The Dragon Lair Cave 2x and beat Ethereal Queen with lvl 99 Jack, Alicia, Valkyrie, and Kain. I saved 2 files. On the other one, I loaded 'Strong From Start'. I'm already in the part where I finally joined the guild, but how come I can't recruit any of my human friends which I have made in all? Is there a point in the game wherein they'll all be available for recruitment w/o having to recruit them manually?

well you need to complete all the jobs and you need to finish them as fast as you can ,if you dont finish a job in time it will skip it if that happens your screwd, so i suggest you do strong from start and focus on jobs first and then when he says boo hoo thats wqhen recruit other ppl.
im not very far in it but probably its hard to see just go in the direction of the goblin cemetary and look for sparkly gold dust going up and kick near it if u steal from it u get an item that lowers prices at stores
Use Galvados, and have him spam Aphelion with Crazy Slugger. He's the strongest in the Non-Human side, and his Volty Attack does insane damage when you boost his Strength with Strength Berries and the like.
I like the non-human storyline better than the human storyline, but the human path is so much more uber than the non-human path, like better charecters and an easier path than non-human. Thanks for posting vid, brings back the memories of when I played this game! :D

Human had better chars to use imo, Gil, ganz, JJ etc, dont match up to Elwyn and such. Maybe if you got zane and gawain to use also lol. but i did like both, maybe fairy a lil more.

Which path did you guys like better :o?
For me it was the Human Path, since the humans get to live alot longer.
The Nonhuman path was good too, but i'd rather see everyone live then see one person live.

Can anyone help me? I completed the Non-human and Human paths respectively. I finished The Dragon Lair Cave 2x and beat Ethereal Queen with lvl 99 Jack, Alicia, Valkyrie, and Kain. I saved 2 files. On the other one, I loaded 'Strong From Start'. I'm already in the part where I finally joined the guild, but how come I can't recruit any of my human friends which I have made in all? Is there a point in the game wherein they'll all be available for recruitment w/o having to recruit them manually?

If only Radiata had graphics like Valkyrie Profile 2, then it would be my favorite RPG on the PS2... and I totally dislike the battle gameplay, they're all so stiff and stuff... ~_~ I wish there would be a Radiata Stories 2 (or a sequel to it)... will there be? Can anyone tell me please? I WANT RADIATA 2... T________T

I need help please... how do I recruit Thanos? I already finished the game on the human path and I'm at the part where I finally reached inside Shrine of Fray... whenever I talk to Thanos, he says "Boo-hoo, nothing for you"... how do I recruit him? And can anyone tell me where to get Gobpakken seeds? Where is the City of Flowers? Can I get there from where I am right now in the game?

well you need to complete all the jobs and you need to finish them as fast as you can ,if you dont finish a job in time it will skip it if that happens your screwd, so i suggest you do strong from start and focus on jobs first and then when he says boo hoo thats wqhen recruit other ppl.

im not very far in it but probably its hard to see just go in the direction of the goblin cemetary and look for sparkly gold dust going up and kick near it if u steal from it u get an item that lowers prices at stores

you can only get that armor while playing the human path. You can get it from the armory at the city.

using Arbitrator/ Falvern, took me a 1hour+ and 60 herb extract S

Use Galvados, and have him spam Aphelion with Crazy Slugger. He's the strongest in the Non-Human side, and his Volty Attack does insane damage when you boost his Strength with Strength Berries and the like.

I like the non-human storyline better than the human storyline, but the human path is so much more uber than the non-human path, like better charecters and an easier path than non-human. Thanks for posting vid, brings back the memories of when I played this game! :D

I'm afraid it was her choice to side against us. "Once you make your bed, you have to sleep in it" as the saying goes. I think it was honestly foolish of her to accept destiny rather than fight it.
