@cooldude33881 There is an episode where they all switch powers(Tech/Rev, Lexi/Slam, and Ace/Duck), but only Lexi actually gets a new power, and only temporarily; she was given a drink that let her telekinetically accelerate and control the growth of plants.

However, Duck does learn a new way to use his existing powers; turns out the effects of his eggs are amplified if he submerges his hands before launching.

What really bugs me about Sypher is that his ability to drain powers is accomplished through clothing. It begs the question as to just how far his abilities can permeate.

Could he drain powers from someone on the other side of a brick wall? Or the other side of glass? It just seems implausible that such a power could function without proper skin to skin contact.

It turns out it can be stopped by anything but thin seperation. such as clothing. Cuffs that cover the hands will stop it for example. Glass will also stop it as long as it isn't crystal thin.

You may have a point, but I think there's also a logical explaination...

In the year 2772, flying vehicles are standard for everyday transportation. Being actually able to fly, however, is not. From what I've seen, Rev is the only one who can fly without any kind of technology in Acmetropolis, making him instantly recognizable in the sky.

Therefore, using Rev's flight to get near the dam would draw attention to himself before he could damage it. Evil, yes. But in this case, also thoughtful.

Actually yeh that makes sense, flying would draw attention but then would using lazer vision. Maybe he didnt use it coz rev uses his wings to fly and sypher doesnt have any (either that or hes just lazy)

I'm guessing that by the time Sypher had gotten close enough to the dam to use Ace's laser vision, it would've been too late to stop him anyway, so why hold back? Besides, it doesn't seem like anyone was paying that much attention to the dam until it started to break.

And I don't think Sypher's too lazy to fly. We actually see him fly without wings when he chases and catches Duck, so I guess wings aren't a vital part of the aerodynamics.
