"There arrived in this land a man whom they called Quetzacoatl... His countenance was white and he wore a beard. His manner of dress consisted of a long white robe... He was considered just, saintly, and good, teaching them by deeds and words the road to virtue... He gave them laws and sane doctrine... He said that in the year that would be called Ce Acatl, He would return and then His doctrine would be accepted, and his children Lords and heirs of the earth."
Wow, people actually believe this made up history of the Americas? With here say and hypothesis the gullible Mormons take this as literal Gospel. We should literally be tripping over evidence of the civilizations described in the story called the book of Mormon.
I would have to hold with the current opinion of the Book of Mormon being false for that matches the overwhelming evidence. Is there evidence that what these people found is accurate?
Where are the plains of Nephahah? Have you seen a Shiblun of gold? (Natives didn't use anything resembling that as currency in the area where the book was alleged to come from)
@dadoc98 I appreciate your opinion. I would keep something in mind though....without a doubt we have the Jaredites from the BOM either being or having extremely close ties to the Olmec people. Because of that the church has (despite popular belief) petitioned the Mexican gov to dig - and were denied. The rest of the findings (only about 3% of the area dug btw) were found by accident. By findings of course I mean the things that were not supposed to be there according to the experts.
such an excellent video,
