  • hey man! im planning on going wireless soon. Would you recoomend this for a touring band? is it reliable and do you think it deters the quality signal at all?

  • @liwenchang

    No.

You'll need to pay alot more for one to tour with

  • is this the dwk-1 vhf or the dwk-1 gt and how long could you walk till the signal cuts out

  • @Scorpfan101

Its the one it says it is in the video title. pretty far

  • does the massive antenna ever get in the way if you have the receiver on the pedal board? ive read that you need to have it fully extended to work properly. is this true?

  • @Daniel10253 Antenna isn't all that big.I never had any issues with it getting in the way.I don't put it on the pedal board though either.I don't know why anyone would really put it there.I always have the anntenna extended all the way so I don't really know the answer to if it needs to be extended all the way,but I'm sure it was designed to be extended all the way.

  • @rlta04 oh ok. i just assumed that it would be easier to put it on the pedal board, at the start of the chain. thanks for your reply! would you recommend buying it? my band is looking to go wireless but we dont want to fork out the $400 per unit that sennheiser is asking for!

  • @Daniel10253 Well with those as well as many or most things, the better ones always cost more money. This one was the most inexpensive unit I have seen so I suppose there are alot better ones out there.Depends on what you need or want I guess

  • does this system work with the fender g-dec amp?

  • ohhhhh man!!! you have a beautiful homemade studio, i really like it lol

  • @mijangoster Who said anything about it being a studio you moron. Its in my basement

  • @rlta04 yeah your cool. he gives you a compliment saying your basement and equipment is so nice he thought it was a home studio, and you call him a moron? yeah have fun being a douchebag. cunt

  • @TangeClown So you come on here to critique other peoples posts and pretend you are holier than thou.Tell me not to be disrespectful ,then you go on to call me a douchebag cunt? Hypocrit, thats waht you be,You probably are a smelly cunt too but a huge ass hypocrit

  • @clara1GOMES

    it will work

  • is the reciever the one that you strap to you and the guitar? what batteries does the one hooked to your guitar take? I just ordered one of these!

  • @LoSeRrOcKiNoN

no the reciever is the part at the amp end the part that is on the strap is the transmitter and 9v you would no this if u read the description

  • is this the gt, or vhf?

  • do you recommend this ? I'm planing on buying one bu I'm not sure if this one is good to play.

  • How long does the battery last? I wanna make sure i can do a whole gig with no problems. Thanks

  • Hey, I'm a bassist and was wondering why this product gets so many bad reviews. And also, do you know if you loose any of your frequencies with this product. Thanks a million dude.

  • nice music choice

  • dude, nice equipment, one question though.

Im looking for a good, and affordable wireless system for guitar, the dkw-1 looks good, but i mean, it´s too cheap, something must be bad with it or not?

I want to buy one, between this and the Nady Encore II GT, what differences do you see??

  • i have a question, do you need to plug the receiver to an electrical outlet or is it battery operated?? and is the adaptor included when you buy that??.. sorry im just new to wireless guitar systems :D

  • @chelseagrin99 reciever plugs into ac outlet

    included

  • this is the one thats only $60 right? aha

  • @jlbassplayer

something like that price.not sure exactly how much

  • hehe nice rack!

  • your professional

  • @likeapuma251

    ya right lol

  • so is this worth it or a $250 one?? or is this perfect no sound diffraces

  • does it work for bass

  • i got this thing to day and its awsome !! i love it :D and its only 50 $

  • do u play gigs with this?

  • so id connect my amp to my first pedal and my last pedal to the reciever...then i would connect the other reciever to my guitar input and turn them both on to the same channel and thats how it works?

  • Is that the single channel one that costs around $100?

how is the quality in it? does it have any delay in the transmitting? and is it worth the price or should i look into a better one? cause I've been looking into maybe buying one of these soon

  • I have the Nady.

    Its about 50 dollars.

Honestly, I love it for the price. I use it for the church band, and i can play outside of the building with it haha.

If your running compltely clean you can hear interference, but slight overdrive or any distortion its fine.

50 dollars is amazing for this.

  • dude i like the pedalboard. when mine breaks im totally making one of of a gun case. lol

  • dude your fucken decked out damn!!! I LOVE IT :P

  • fucking kick ass song man

  • how do you set this up? because i have effect/distortion pedals would the receiver go at the beginning of my line and then i connect my effects to my amp?

  • Some reason alot of people are asking this, but I'm not sure why.Its not hard to figure out.The guitar cable come out of the guitar to the transmitter, which is on your guitar strap or somewheres on you.The signal from the transmitter gets sent to the receiver, which you either have going into your amp input or your effects input. If you have it go into your effects input, you have the output of the effects go into amp as it always does.Basically, this just goes between and makes a wireless signal.

  • alright bro, thanks.

  • @Bulldogs74840 put the distortion pedals through your aux sends on the back of amp if u have them.

  • dude. u got your amp near your frige.. lol.. nice.. wireless. now i know what i want for Xmas frm my gf.. lol..

  • Was that a Pulse drum set

  • Yea,piece of junk.Not mine

  • how much was that?

  • I don't remember to be honest ,but it was one of the lowest priced one out there

  • Its about $70 from musicians friend

  • ever have problems with cell phone interference?

i was a at show 2 weeks ago, and a guy had a wireless setup ( not this 1 i dont think) and you could hear the phone interfering.

  • nope

  • is that an epiphone les paul or gibson?or is it a les paul?

  • gibson les paul studio

  • how is this thing powered

  • The receiver is powered by ac cord into outlet.the transmitter is powered off of one 9 volt battery

  • guitar flip is a guitar spin...

  • Oh lol

I guess you probably could do that then,at your own risk lol

  • dude..

with that DKW-1 Nady Wireless sytem for guitar,

can i do the double guitar flip

without messing with the transmitter that is clipped on the strap'?

  • I don't know what a double guitar flip is.

  • How is the conection?

    guitar-pedalboard-wireless systesm-amp...

    or

    guitar-w.s.pedalboard.amp.

    thanks

  • the cable comes out of jack in your guitar,

to transmitter which you clip on your strap or somewheres on you,to receiver which then goes to your pedal board.Your pedalboard output goes into amp input

  • what marshall is that

  • 1987X 50 watt

  • what song is this?

  • my own prison

  • is this a system where you can have multiple receivers and 1 sender?

  • how much are these and wat song is this

  • does it matter which channel to buy

  • no,unless you will be playing with another person with the same system, then you both obviously would need different channels

  • ok thanks for the info, so like i bought an F channel and my friend got a D ch and we both played on stage we be fine?

  • Thats my understanding of it

  • k thanks bro

  • you luck son of a gun u got a marshall

  • Marshall's aren't that expensive even though I bought my head used and saved $100 lol...

  • so i can buy any channel i want ?

  • i have a boss pedal and i was looking at the reply regarding boss pedals. i get that the output of the reciever plugs into the input of the boss, but the rest i didnt understand

  • I'll maybe have to make another video showing how it is plugged in.Its nothing complicated really

  • Dude, how do i know which one to buy? the channel f,b,d, or A?

  • Dude, you can get which ever one you want as long as if someone else playing with you has a different channel

  • Cool man, ever used the dkw-1 live?

  • No.

    I haven't

  • Any lag or delay?? my friend was sceptical of the low price so whats your take on it

  • I haven't noticed any so far

  • do the channels only matter if your getting more than one?

  • yep

  • thank you very much!

  • very nice

  • whats the name of the backing track?

  • my own prison - by creed

  • my own prison - by creed

  • did you get this at guitar center if so what does channel a, b, c ect. mean?

  • You need to select one of those channels when you order it online or pick one iif you buy it at a store.I doubt it makes a bit of difference unless more than one person you jam with will be using the same wireless. Then you want to be sure to each buy a different channel so you don't interfer with the others signal

  • thanks it just confused me

  • i have a question bro. i use a boss me 20 multi effects pedal.where should i plug the receiver? to multi effects pedal or to the amp? im confused.

  • Your guitar will be plugged into the transmitter which you have clipped on your pants or guitar strap. The receiver you can have near the area where your guitar cable normally plugs into the boss pedal. The output of the receiver plugs into input of boss pedal. Then the receiver takes the signal and transmitts it to the pedal, and your pedal board out goes into your amp as it always does.

  • do u hav to use 9v batterys?? its not like i hav a problem with them or something bur is there an ac adapter or some sorta power supply like for pedals?? cuz 9v's r really expensive

  • Well, thats kinda the whole idea with wireless. If you use an ac adapter, you won't really be wireless anymore.

The receiver plaugs into ac current. The transmitter that goes on you runs off battery.

  • you can buy rechargabe 9V's. they are pretty expensive, but you'd never have to buy anymore

  • If you are planning on using this night after night gigging, probably get something more durable. This unit is plastic and doesn't appear that it would be very durable in any aggressive environment or where you are gigging with it regularily.I works quite well for the cost, but its not built very rugged

  • does your guitar still sound the same as if it was plugged in from a cable

  • pretty close. There is a slight difference ,but doesn't kill the tone at all

  • now when you say slight difference, what exactly does that mean?

  • anytime you add something in your sound line, affects, etc, your gonna slightly change your overall sound.Basically, its just tranferring your signal from your guitar to your amp (wireless),but you get a slight different coloring in the mix with the cable absence. Its nothing big or huge, its very minimal.I will sometime have to record something using the wireless and post it and you can then listen to one of my other vids where I use a cable and then the wireless and see if you can hear anything dif

  • ah ok cool thanks dude, btw i saw this on musicians friend for like 50-60 bucks, obviously it wont be for professional shows but would you recommend this wireless product?
