I thought the jet part in BF3 was intense. Also, they already said a while ago before AC: Revelations came out that it wasn't the last one. They said that Revelations would finish Ezio's story and I think they were gonna go back to Al'tair's story for AC3.

The reason the game ends like that is because they know the game is popular so they made this sort of as a filler game. This game dosent really add anything to the full story.
