In my opinion, If you're consistently waiting for other players to come to you, you're camping. I don't respect doing that just to get pavelows and Apaches and AC130s or "playing for a high k/d/r" and/or doing so get gameplays to post to youtube, but if you're trying to go in to FFA which is a pretty fast paced game mode and trying to get a nuke without killstreaks which is a VERY hard thing to do, by all means go for it. Just my opinion.

In my opinion dropshotting is neither fair or unfair. It's an advantage over the enemy, why would you care if it's "unrealistic", if it gets you a kill why not go for it?

Dropshotting isn't really being tryhard in all cases. For some people that have played the game long enough, it is a natural instinct to drop to the ground when you get surprised by someone you weren't expecting. And I say that from experience.

I agree that dropshoting does provide a unfair advantage, but it's not completely unfair you can easily change your button layout to do it as well. After I saw this video I changed my button layout and it took me a few hours to adjust. But my point is I don't see why would you want to make the game more fair for the other player if it helps you out play the enemy.

Some people don't like to do drop shots because:

A)They usually can't do it.

B)Because if they don't use it and they go like 30-0 or whatever and everybody else was doing drop shots they have "proof" that they are "Sooo much better than everybody else" :P

I personally don't care. If you drop shot you know I'll get mad of course but I think its okay because it saves you from time to time with winning and losing ^_^

@TheNegetiveRatio The ACR Is one of the most powerful assault rifles in the game. Thats why it is used in competitive waaaay more than say the TAR-21, M4A1 or Scar-H. If your not winning many gun fights it could be because of your accuracy or what your standing behind or maybe what your opponent is standing behind. you could lower your sensitivity if you find it too hard to control. There are so many variables that factor into gun performance. Maybe the ACR Just isnt the gun for you.
