so Iv been watching this all the way through and Im up to season 7 part 18 and they dont have that part and I love the story of worf and tax and I have a feeling Im missing out by not seeing this episode anyone can tell me what happends in this one likt with everyone?

ok I shouldnt have peeked but I did im in the middke of watching DS9 Im up to season 4 episode 16. Im so excited to get to the bit were worf and jatziah dax get together they are both my fav charictures but now I see dax has a new host so sad.

lol it's a complicated back story. Essentially she has the memories of his dead wife inside her via a symbiont which she carries. lol there was no way to explain that and not sound incredibly lame I hope that helps.
