wow i love how you have used your space. i like the idea of the tags on drawers so you know whats in them. I have a little shed in my garden (which i have posted on y,t,). which I love.T.F.S.
WOW!!...your craft room is AMAZING......can I come over to play??? ;-D.....you've done such an incredible job organizing everything so its very accessible....love that........t so much fs.......hugs Debbie:-)
I love what you did with your basement craft room. I moved into my home about 5 weeks ago and my hubby and I are making a room in the basement--nothing fancy---just basic shelving, but it's good to see what you've done--it gives me lots of ideas. I'll post a video when my room is complete. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas.
@KonnyKrafter Thanks! I have moved things around a bit since then and made a few storage solutions, all of the updates with instructions will be in the June 2012 issue of Scrap & Stamp Arts Magazine if you want to have a peek!
I love the organization of this room. I love the fact you can have a quick peek at the tag on drawers to see what's inside. I don't think it matters much how fancy (or not) a space is for creativity - you have color & style, which does matter but more importantly, you KNOW where your things are. Thanks for sharing it!
Well, I'm impressed with how organized you are and...I love how bright everything is! I love the spines of the binders--I need to copy that idea. I love, love, LOVE the flower storage idea. I, too, use items from around the house as well as yard sale, thrift store and flea market finds. Thanks for the inspiration!
@LittleSugarFairy Nope, not really, it's just a corner of the basement but I use it every day and I am not afraid to make a mess in there. That is the good thing about using yard sale finds and castoffs from the rest of the houst for storage and furnishngs;) I have to say that my crop in style white cubes are storage workhorses and while they are not cheap they hold up and give my room a 'wall' apart from the rset of the unfinished cellar;)
Thank you for sharing. You have a tremendous amount of items, but rather than getting an overwhelmed feeling that I do with so many other rooms, I get a sense of organization. You seem to know where everything is and I actually believe you use your supplies. Nice.
wowww - Love it. I am a "recycler" too, so my (very small room compared to yours in my basement) looks this way. Nothing fancy, but it "suits me just fine"! Thanks for sharing. LOVE the flower holder (clear candy things) idea!
Our New Product will help you with your production time. It's a Vacuum pump for beads. Nothing else like it out on the market. Let us know what you think.
Supurb!!! Great to see people repurposing, and you are quiet creative about it, to say the least. Only wish I could have seen some of your works. Did you paint the angel? Do you have a Blogspot?Hope to see more of you. Thanks for sharing.
I have a basement craft space too....not as much room as you have though. I have to share my space with my hubby and kids. Love all the storage solutions....especially the containers stuck on the filing cabinet! TFS, Heather
Hi, On top of your Iris cart (1:15) are what appear to be dowels with marterial tied on or held on with rubber bands, can you explain those? Do you use them for inking instead of a sponge or applicator of some kind?
Those are round top clothspins (the crafty kind some people make dolls out of, I got a bag of 25 at the dollar tree) and I put a 1/3 of a cotton ball on top then cut 3" squares of fun-foam (craft foam) and attached them over the cotton (on the head of the clothspin) and secured it with a rubber band. I used them as ink daubers, you get an "airbrush" effect with them. I cannot claim the idea as my own, I read how to make them in a book:) I store them on the edge of a metal bucket.
Your craft room is great!!! I love it. You have done a great job organizing and making great use of your space. Love that huge rubber stamp shelf. Thanks for the tour. :)
I heart your crafting area and supplies! :-)

This room looks more like a shop than an individuals craft area.
I'm astounded.
I wonder how much money you have spent on all those materials?!!?
That being said, yes, I am jealous.
Very interesting video, thank you for posting
