Honestly though, they aren't too bad. I have the total access plan for $16.99 and its not that bad. It includes 2 discs out at a time, BluRay is included for free (instead of an extra $2.00 charge that Netflix has), in-store exchanges, and best yet GAMES (deal breaker for me.) Lets face it, their plan is cheaper that Netflix + GameFly (which charges $15.95 for one game out).

They finally got their shit together, but it may be too little to late.

I used Blockbuster Online for over two years, and they did end up screwing me over. It started to take forever to get videos, and they screwed up (sending the bonus materials disc instead of the actual movie, etc.) almost weekly. Then...they jacked up the prices. The in-store option is nice, but their in-store selection is shitty and then you have to deal with late fees again, WHICH DO STILL EXIST. Netflix is way better.

With Blockbuster I dont understand the whole going back to the store to return DVDs quickly. I mean the whole reason why I joined Netflix is so I dont have to deal with going to the store, and trust me the store you go to is not going to have the selections that you can get online. This is a totally worthless idea on blockbusters part. Netflix also has great service and a bigger selection, with netflix now you can watch movies online too, Netflix is King.
