His music sounds like our music interms of his admiration for Jamaican music which we know is reggae but he is NOT Jamaican. Jamaica...Sierra Leone two DIFFERENT countries.

Jamiaca and Sierra Leone two different countries but the same people. When slavery was abolished some of the freed slaves from Jamiaca" The Maroons" were sent to Free Town, Sierra Leone.

actually we NOT the same. some of th sierra leoneans can boast or claim jamaican ancestry but the majority belongs to the native tribes. besides the west indian blood has already been mixed out with the true salon ppls so they are different from us jamaicans either way. bottom line we jamaicans are influential.

If I may ask you where did your ancestors came from? Is it Jamiaca or Africa? Do you know some of your jamaian dialect you speak is mixed with African words How do you say "eat" in your Jamaican dialect? Even some of your swear words are native African words. No disrespect some of the behavior can be traced to certain tribes in Africa too. You can not change your history but you can influence your future. I still consider you as my relative, as long as you are black we are family.

listen im really getting irked w/ africans behaving as if they want us of the diaspora to stop what we are doing and acknowlegde worship them. I KNOW I AM OF AFRICAN DESCENT OKAY? IM BLACK BUT I AM JAMAICAN-AMERICAN. therefore i am of another ethnic group, i know about the dialects..nuh duh. but the issue at hand is Jamaica is still a seperate nation and Africans (some) are inspired by our music (reggae/dancehall), speech and lifestyle.
