Hello Professor Chamine,

I had a question that I don't think was addressed in the Q&A section or in your main presentation. So after you learn how to increase your PQ and what it is, where do you go from there? I guess I'm asking, "How do you use PQ in your personal life and in the work environment and if you are, how do you know you are doing it correctly?" Thank you and have a nice day.

There is a section in my book that is headlines "working and living with 'difficult' people." I will summarize the key points of that sections here. 1. Stop fueling their Saboteurs. This is because their Saboteurs is likely triggering your Saboteurs which in turn fuel theirs. Saboteurs tend to trigger each other. 2. Fuel their Sage, which is the counterbalance to the Saboteur. 3. Help them discover their Saboteurs (which is a delicate task) 4. Put boundaries around their Saboteurs.

@iamkloak I think you are referring to the name you gave your Judge Saboteur. The Warden is a great one. I named mine the Executioner. Others I have coached have named theirs the Destroyer, Insatiable, Brutal, SOB, Know-It-All, Sourpuss. Given that the Judge is the master ringleader of the other Saboteurs, it deserves a strong names. Its damage is often far greater than people are consciously aware of, until they label and start observing this character. I am glad you did yours. Shirzad

@ShirzadPQ Yes this was very helpful, I personally am not a student of this subject, I'm just a curious engineer looking to tackle some anxiety. But this is something I think everyone should see more of, I'm actually very interesting in how to further apply some of these ideas while dealing with highly self-interest motivated individuals in the workplace, It's hard to balance defending your own interests sometimes with how one should act in the workplace.
