as much as i would love to see fr at x games or the olympics ,i feel it would not have the same impact as seeing it done in urban settings . because  they would then have defined courses they would have to take and certain movements for certain point values. that would not be the same as just seeing it done out of nowhere ...

@moXon460 i know how you feel but you have to be disciplined. i usually go out for a while then i get tired and a bit bored....so i think "i'm going home now" but tell yourself to stay longer...tell yourself to stay another half hour and work with what you have around you and your creativeness will come out.

@moXon460 advice for you. START WITH JOGGING. When you jog you will feel much more comfortable. just train at your own tempo and don't put pressure on it..

I mean these guys are such great runners, but "America's Premiere free running team" thats sounds pretty dam supremacist if you ask me...I'm not hatin at all, just saying this because I'd like to see more teams in America similar to Tempest, ya know. I mean, there's so many tallented free runners in the U.S. I'd LOVE to see some other teams gettin exposure who are equally as good as Tempest. Cause I feel that in the variety in styles of free running is where we find the most inspiration.
