does it matter if i automatically hear a contradictory thought as soon as i begin the first 17 seconds? or do i just press on and not give any energy to the thought? im doing soul mate attraction and my mind AUTOMATICALLY goes she is not here with you and i wonder if i will ever even hit 17 seconds... I completely agree about learned A.D.D. through schools.. It's an alteration of our natural intuitive process of life. Forced structure leads to weak foundation...Rebuilding that foundation is vital to survival as a species.

Once you see through the veil though, it was a chosen part of our growth process to a more harmonic level as a whole. Thx for the vid :):) Working on focus myself... Highly suggest "Bashar also;)
