Unfortunately, Filtering will NOT eradicate ANY of that "Illegal content's distribution" because they are not distributed on the internet, but instead file sharing networks which are next to impossible to crack down on.
The australian internet infrastructure is already poor at best, and Conroy's legislation will cripple it to almost being unusable.

I wouldn't call politics evil: it's simple a word that means 'decision making'. However, I believe what we call politics in Australia hardly makes for rational decision making, and most of the people who are tasked with representing us on various issues (Conroy being a good example), are completely incompetant, and usually have an agenda.
