i've done this at the library many times. at barnes and nobles i get away with tickling them right in front of them. i met many girlfriends this way. advice: tell them they have a spider on their foot. then, remove the 'spider'. even strangers will thank you for it.

Basically backed her feet off I guess startled. Kept them a little farther back toward her for a bit and a couple minutes later stretched them out again.
