The Autoplay is not really a feature the people like. I would also disable it if possible as it can be sometimes annoying depending on the video starting on the channel there.

About the partnerships I think it is just weird to see all the differences. I can see a German guy like as ralfonzo83 who has just only around 300 subscribers and is a partner while others are getting rejected with 500 subscribers because of too less audience!?

The requirements are different by the local YT-editors.
