They use soap to cleanse face. Very finely whipped soap can clease as good as make up removers, except you don't have to rub so much. I wash my face with whipped soap and my finger tips barely touch my skin, but it washes so clean! It's not only UV light that causes spots on skin. Friction also causes spots on human skin specially around cheekbone areas. You can easily make finely whipped soap by using scrap tulle fabrics. If you search "awadate", you can find videos.
