a) People grow up watching wrestling as kids. No one wants to show MMA to kids.

b) WWE is about entertainment and showyness. The rivalries/storylines...it's almost like a soap opera for men. MMA you don't always get to see the drive behind the fighting (well, maybe some fights...GSP vs Koscheck/Penn, etc.) but wrestling has buildup to build interest

c) Being scripted, they can do moves, etc. that wouldn't exist in a real fight. Interesting to watch.
