The advice is not bad. Diana is suggesting that if you are still in a stage where you have intense cravings, options like cheesecake or wholefat ice cream are better as the fat/protein in them means it's less of an insult to your pancreas than lets say if you ate some candyfloss. Her advice is to taper off all these sugary foods, eventually. I don't think you have read any of her books.
Bad advise. Cheescake and Chocolate are full of sugar. Sugar is the most toxic food you can put in your body that comes from food.
You must severly restrict and preferably eliminate all types of sugar: High Fructose, Corn Syrup, Dextrose/Dextrin/Maltodextrin, molasses, honey, cane juice, table sugar, (whether raw or turbinado it's still pure refined sugar)
Hormone therapy!!!! Clearing toxins should be first and foremost.
The supplement Gaba is OK however the more potent derivative of Gaba is Phenibut which is much better for calming, anxiety, mood, etc. Phenibut is sold as a supplement
This conversation is relaxing and informative. Is the guy making light grumbling noises?
