You guys were aggressive as hell on defense, which was what allowed you more opportunities. Great game!!! I belive the real strong team of this cup was South Africa because they showed constancy unlike US losing two games and only made it past the third round because of one goal. People in the US are still fascinated with US style football, and for some odd reason, baseball. Soccer is much more exciting to watch, but not many here care about it. No one expected us to even make it past the group stage, so I think we accomplished a lot in the Confederations Cup. Let's not forget about our 2-0 victory over a Spain and two goals against Brazil. In my opinion, they didnt deserve to be there. Spain choked like in any tournament, the U.S. lost its first two group games to Italy and Brasil, and then played an injured, exhausted Eygpt team to sneak in. In the WC, loosing the forst 2 games, you pretty much out. They didnt deserve to be in Final, the score at the end proved it, as the team is over rated and lack any type of good tatics. There's not legitiment striker for the U.S., except for maybe Altifore
