i watched this video not knowing much about the circumstances of the columbine massacre. i spent hours reading about it the same day.

it is said the two murderers were bullied. and while bullying is something that should be taken seriously, i found contradictions.

klebold and harris killed a mentally retarded kid, shot a kid with cerebral palsy, shot at a kid with a learning disorder, killed 4 girls, a 14 year old, and two 15 year olds.

and they did all this while laughing about it.

How can a parent not know that their teen has an arsenal of guns in his bedroom ?--these cases have existed. The Blackest Day is the most suited for his voice among the 3 latest ones (ie The Wickedness Of Man, I Fade Away and The Blackest Day). While listening to the other two I felt as if a heavy metal singers was singing a different style. However, I didn´t feel same about The Blackest Day. The voice and instruments matched perfectly. It´s a beautiful song!

So sad that people turn to violence to solve their problems. Sadder still, that today's society no longer feels empathy for causing others extreme amounts of pain.

We have become . . . comfortably numb.

I do have to disagree with some though. Guns do not cause crime. Its people who commit these atrocities. We must start at a younger age to teach kids respect for themselves & others. Teach them to love themselves.
