i know how to unlock waluigi its easy you need 150 stars you have to be luigi then use the cannon and shoot up onto the castle roof get the power flower and turn invisible then get in the cannon again and shoot into the picture of peach then there will be a giant pirana plant throw a bomb out at it and you will get access to waluigi or you can print it out on super cheats . com

Like in Mario Kart DS- when you put on the UNLOCKS ALL CHARACTERS, is there a character they are forgetting about? No, i don't think so. So just because Wario is in SM64DS doesn't mean Waluigi has to be in the game. He's not in SM64DS!!!!!

waluigi is not in the game. i have beaten the game 100% and he is not in it. that black box/alcove in the file select screen was something that the programers forgot to remove.

Look through the game data. There is evidence of unused model data. That is the closest you will get to finding him. I don't know for sure what the model data is titled though.

yes you can but you need 150 stars so the cannaon is open save and quit

then at the menu scren whrer you chose your file 1 file 2 and file 3 look at the back whall and you shoud see a black box chose the file with 150 stars and get in the cannaon and you have to shout yourself at it and then shot your self at princescees paint if you hit the black box then

you will enter it a mirror room like where you get wario then get the luigi

cap off a gomba and use luigis fire flower
