@thisisjusttoosilly I'd argue that it is not a green scam, a few years ago I saw an interesting concept presented by two young Australian scientists that would also harness wave power, slightly different to this concept in the sense that it was like a small power station sitting offshore, also, I think their concept used air compression instead of water flow. Air would go into a condenser tube (funnel) and compress to spin a turbine. Impressive stuff.
