In the 80's, Philly did have their own hip-hop labels and you were the only other rappers to get play on NY radio - when NY radio was different from other radio with UNIQUE music instead of the same stuff across the country. Philly did not go to or need NY at that time. However, Philly rappers DID make sure that they DID NOT shout out Philly on the records in order to get played on NY radio. All I am saying is - do it again instead of braggin but being on ours!
