God this game is so cheap..I mean I played it and I enjoyed it aswell I guess, but come on it has "Sellout" written all over it. They used the models of the dobermans from tomb raider 2 again and the ones of pierre and larson are even from the first tomb raider! By that time the TR engine was already considered "old" and this whole "oh no lara is dead" talk was just to get people buy this sorry excuse for a tomb raider game. I actually bought it together with the film on dvd for a few bucks.

I think TRA pretty much proved Larson and Pierre died and that this adventure took place before TR1/TRA.

When you listen to the story, than you can find out that Winston and friends are talking about adventures that Lara had before TR1. But although it confuses me, that they took Pierre and Larson as characters for the game. ;/

Do you know how to do the back flip roll jump? Run and Jump, whilst pressing Circle. It's hard to do, but can get used to easily.

um no becoz in the opening scene lara is freindly with larson and she wouldnt go after the scion if she had been decievede befor by him

This is definitely before TR 1 (so before TRA as well) since in Anniversary, Lara calls Larson his name in the opening FMV, which indicates that they have already met before (that is, in TR 5).

this is befor TR1 because tomb raider chronicles is flash backs from the untold stories every story has been told after TR1 but befor, well no...lol and they just met in this one the only thing that dasnt make since is that he died here...so i gess he lived..

When I posted the previous comment, I hadn't finished TR Anniversary yet, but now I did, and we all know that both Pierre and Larson unquestionnably die in it, so the first episode of TR5 (the one in Rome) can only occur before the events told in TR1/A.

yes..but he also dies in chronicles...if he lived why would he be her friend at the begiining of TR1 like why would she trust him?

She does not trust him in fact.If you pay attention, at the end of Peru, after she has picked up the Scion, she does not seem surprised at all to see him waiting in front of the tomb of Qualopec.This was somewhat changed from the original TR, in which she didn't know him and seemed to distrust him less.

Besides, you don't really see him dying in TR5, you just see him being attacked by the stone serpents, and then he just disappears all of sudden, but nothing indicates that he has been killed.

ah but do remember, this is TRC and therefore depicts tales of earlier adventure of Miss Croft. She could quite well have gone on this adventure before the Scion =]
