this guy is talking a load of bollox. Gen Y are a bunch of self praising, attention seeking twonks, who can't look after themselves and have a very obscure account of what genuine hard work is. Half of them are illiterate, and they need to be told how good they re, even when they're utterly useless. their kids will be even worse.
