  • Scarier to me Gun<Running.

  • This information is always helpful...thanks!!!

  • @jimmy2345 I totally agree with you. After taking that diet program, me and my girlfriend lost a ton of weight in a matter of weeks. I've always been skeptical about Internet programs and ebook, but this time I was proven wrong. Glad it worked for you, too :)

P.S.= you got the site name mispelled, it's WeightLossAction.Info

  • Can anyone tell me why the heck my knees(outside of knees) hurt everday since I started walking on the treadmill? I bought new walking/running shoes because I realized my feet were going inward. But my knees still hurt 1 week and a half into my walking routine! I want to jump rope, but not sure if that will make my knees worse?

  • @cajuncurlzz If you went to a proper store that sell running shoes and you got advise on wich ones: Thats very important! i have the same issue and i got Saucony shoes for that. Personally i wouldnt jump rope yet. Get accustomed to your new shoes. your body has to adapt to the change , so dont overdo it, take it slow :)

  • @Warcraft20101 Thank you for the advise!!! I have stopped walking on the treadmill for 2 weeks now and my knees have no pain anymore! ( I decided it would be best to give my knees time to heal) I have been walking around the house and shopping in my new gym shoes as well as bought arch supports to put in them. This week I am planning on trying out the treadmill in hopes that everything will go well and the pain will not come back! Once again thank you for commenting!!

  • @zombiekicker Yeah exactly I'm in pretty good shape but i wanna lose almost all my fat doing just cardio until i lose all my fat then i will do weight training mixed with cardio, cardio is the most important thing you can do, always.... Also makes people happier, and helps depression :)

  • i need some help-.- does interval training burn muscle aswell as fat?

  • @xLiggz you will never burn muscle, unless it the only way for your body to gain energy... like starvation

  • hey guys im a fatass and im trying to lose weight, what is the best weight loss workout for fatties? i eat healthy now and have lost like 11 or 12 pounds but i still need to lose more, i just did half an hour of interval training for 3 or 4 days a week, but i need a more engaging workout cuz i have been losing motivation and have been slacking, what is a semi entertaining workout thats great for losing weight?

  • @Qweeftastic you pretty much just watched the best way to lose weight.. it dont get much better then thiws to be honest, o just keep up the work. maybe buy some etherdrine, its ment to be good for fat loss. or take fat cutting steroids. that'll do the trick

  • Thank you very much

  • Nice.

  • thanks for taking the time to share your video :)

  • My largest fat loss came from interval training on a lifecycle using the Hill Profile for 20 mins after Weight training of 3 times a week. On my off days, everyother day, I do 30 mins on the treadmill again on Hill Profile after a beginner ab routine and rest on Sunday pigging out on this my cheat day. So stick to the Interval training, it works quite well.

  • I wish there was a bit more examples to go with. It's hard to follow the term "intervals" with numbers before them for me... >_>;

I feel kinda dumb admitting that...

  • @MagatsutheCalamity 'Interval" just means a period of work from say 30-60 seconds. You have to find out what is considered "hard" for you and do it for 30-60 seconds. The only way to ascertain that is through trial and error.

Experiment to see what is the proper speed, or work load for you. You want to work hard, without killing yourself if that makes sense. Just hop on a treadmill, bike, etc and play around with the different speeds. You'll quickly discern what the right intensity is for YOU

  • @sdnm86 Ah, I see. Thank you for taking the time for such an informative reply.

  • @MagatsutheCalamity No problem. If you have any more questions feel free to ask. I'm not an expert by any means but I do know a little something about cardio and getting lean.

  • @MagatsutheCalamity It might sound complicated but its simple if u get used to the different terminology people use. After your warmup (generally 5mins) go into 30sec of 80%+ then 30sec 40% - that totals 1 minute so from start to finish of what i just suggested = 6 minutes. This guy is suggesting 3 intervals (3x at the high work rate) all of which is followed by 3 "resting" stages so his workout would be 5mins warmup + 3 work + 3 rest = 12 minutes workout... then at the end add a cooldown

  • *how to meet

  • Man these videos are great. I gained allot of weight after I got out of the army a few years ago and these vids have been helpful in showing me hot to meat my PT and weight loss goals.

  • Is this method for example 1 hour, up(4mph)-down(7mph) up-down and up-down...

Is really better to lose weight than the running 1/1.5 hour on 6mph?

If so? please tell me why?

  • "someone who's a real fat sloth"??? not very motivational or polite -.-

  • this is a good sample HIIT...i found mad info and HIIT fatloss tips on this article..anyone ever tried jumproping like this? i feel like it would kill my joints

    thefatburningguide . com/high-intensity-interval-training-insanity-hiit

  • i've been doing this HIIT 4 days a week for 15mins a day out of my 30 min a day treadmill jogging routine and i've been losing inches everywhere BUT my belly for which i started this in the 1st place

  • @ohsulof4321 It may be your eating habits. If you're not eating a lot of fruits, intake water, 5 meals a day, stay clear of a lot of dairy products, wheat/whole grain products and sleep. You can do a lot of working out but if your eating habit is bad you wont lose the weight especially in the belly region. Dont eat til you're full just eat til you're not hungry. Too much food sitting n the stomach will cause the body to slow down and fatigue due to the working overtime on the excess food

  • I have a question... I usually do cardio everyday... just jog normally for 15 mins going about 4.8 - 5.0 mph... then I wait a 10 mins then start lifting... my question is... if i do excercise A on a monday and take tuesday off.. but on that tuesday can I do my normal routine? then on weds do excercise B.. or should I stop cardio all together on the days off?

  • to devout to your cardio session, so you'll probably burn fewer calories. By training at separate times, you'll be fresh for both occasions, so you'll be able to maximize your calorie burning potential.

Remember, the more calories you burn, the more fat you'll lose. Whatever you can do to facilitate that, should be your goal. This is assuming that you're attempting to lose fat in the first place.

  • what is the science behind this technique?

  • This is excellent: pTaNcee7-OY

  • sir i have a question. i do lifting five days a week and i also run 30 minutes on 12 km speed after the training. can i do lifting the very next day after the interval running? i want to be fit, to have perseverance but also don't want to loose muscles. can you please help me out with this?

  • Do you never actually run? or just fast walk and walk.

  • @ThisIsJustinSo lol good question lol

  • @ThisIsJustinSo @xxmrboboxx Stop being so clueless - this is for BEGINNERS. Likely monstrously fat and unable to run. He gets into true HIIT later in his program.

  • "Happiness consists in activity; such as the constitution of our nature; it is a running stream, and not a stagnant pool." Keep up the excellent content with your vids, I really appreciate what you are doing, please sub back.

    Wishing you the very best,

    Justin

  • You can't put this on "hiit" .... What your doing is basically medium to

Low cardio workout....not good ... Pick up the pace run for 1 wholeMinute

Then bring in back down for 1 minute... Walking alone isn't gonna burn as much belly fat

  • @Unemploymentsuxs The harder you work, the more calories you burn, period! The more calories you burn, the more fat you'll lose. Simple.

  • Hi, i saw some people say that do strength training first. can someone please tell me or reccomend any strength training on youtube that i can do? does this guy has a strength training too? gosh i am so confused i wud love it if someone would like...umm tell me what to do...

  • does this actually work

  • bet tha trainer was fat !

  • Helpful thanx

  • @lozingmyexcuse its possible and all the best to you

  • Please subscribe to my channel. Check out our killer circuits!

  • I normally do an interval work out; running. But I normally do that first and then do my strength training. Is it better to do the strength training first?

  • @treehugger521

Absolutely always always always, do your strength training first.

  • @jskrabac can you tell me a beginners strength training for females? any youtube videos? thankyou so much :D

  • @treehugger521 yes. Do strenght training first because you're body will mainly burn carbs first, then it targets to fat and if you run too longer it will target protein(not the target). So during your strenght training(1 hours max) you will burn carbs. Cardio right after that is for maxium fat loss

  • @treehugger521 I would do your cardio and strength training at separate times. The reasons for this are twofold:

    1) Training twice in one day will stimulate your metabolism on two separate occasions, which will enable you to better harness the "afterburn" effect of each session.

    2) If you do both forms of training at one time, whatever session you do second won't be as effective as the first. Exampl:. Weights, and then cardio, will lead to a subpar cardio session. You'll have less energy....

  • sucky interval training. thats for like 300 lb fat guys. i'd rather go 'do my life' lol

  • what about an eliptical ? can this be effective?

  • yeah you can do that. you can do interval training with a bike as well.

  • thank you

  • shit thats nothing compared to my interval workout

  • i was on over weight individual and wanted to lose my man belly. I searched the internet and found some info on HITT. I found this link and never looked back. I recommend interval training as a great method for losing weight and improving your fitness. ive lost 3 stone 9 pounds in 8 months in total so that puts into perspective how effective this techniques is.

  • Yer all a bunch of cement-heads just do it and stfu.

  • You've done a great job in posting this video!!! It's a asource of learning thanks!!! If you want to see related topics just watch my videos!!ha

  • will intervial training degrade muscles

  • No. that's the point.

If you go balls out on sprinting, you can actually end up building muscle.

Also, sprinting releases HGH which, combined with good strength training, will build muscle

  • oh that's cool.

so basically the harder you work, the better?

  • Of course. That is always the case.

You should look into something called the 'Tabata method' if you truly want to kick thine own ass.

Remember though, if your diet is not in order, only negligible fat loss will occur.

  • k pedo

  • whats the difference between interval & cardiovascular?

  • interval is cuts the time by half or more. u can run for an hr and burn 600calories. walking with high interval can burn 600 in 30mins. they both r healthy for your heart and u lose body fat, but interval is better far as time and faster results

  • LMAO, what you said is completely the opposite, if you do cardio before weight training it works against you for building muscle, you absolute fool.

  • Thats not me lol.

And for the sake of the arguement, you could do everything you possibly can wrong and still see gains. So saying something as stupid as "It must work, I still grew" is just not a valid point. It also doesnt entitle you to intelligence, it just means you've made the same error all year.

However, I seriously dont care, I dont know and even if I did, your losses are not my losses. Its up to you to do your own research on the subject.

  • why are we arguing with eachother

running is a warmup....maybe not for you, but for me it is, and in boxing, it is, you run 3-7 miles in the morning...not at night after you train

  • @Spike00513z I put on 55 in one year, and I still learn every day. Hell, even the pro's learn every day. Douchebag...

  • fuck you and fuck the guy in the video

hes misleading people and hows he training us if he cant train himself.

  • you're supposed to warm up with cardio. you're right about that. but if you're interval training you are supposed to do it after weights.

  • @xBaitMyScenex i do cardio first thing pound the treadmill and crosstrainer then do ab workouts and lastly wieghts

  • how does this compare with the al sears pace program? I am doing rope work, 30-40 seconds intense, a couple minutes rest for about five or six times, then later that same day, I do weight training, any help or advice would be great, thanks

  • can anyone tell me how long should i do a tt workout plan to lose belly fat?? and can i do it 4 or 5 days a week to lose fat faster???

  • well thanks for the videos helpful

  • I have had a treadmill for some time now Im just Lazy. LOL but I am definitely going to do this tho.

  • ps.( i weigh 70kg, 172cm tall, i eat 6 small meals a day)

    mon- chest

    tues- legs

    wed- triceps/back

    thurs- break

    friday- biceps/shoulder

    sunday- abs

Please, i do not want to loose any of my bulk/muscle, just my stomach fat, i really do have a big stomach now :(

  • just a tip which you might already know, its better to do either a full body workout, or work the same muscle groups in one workout like biceps and back usually go together, not triceps and back. it will help you so you dont overtrain. i lift 3 times a week full body workout and 3 days of aerobic training

  • u should do cardio at a specific heartrating like if train abdominals while u have a belly the muscles will be under the fat layer and u wont see em

  • u should do abs more often like 2 times a day or 1 time really hard every other day or every day if u want , every day is better because abs are small muscles so they dont need 2 rest much and use weights when u do abs that helps but try 2 run and u will lose that big stomach trust me

  • ok can anyone help me, i train at the gym 4 times a week, but do abs at home. I have bulked consiserably over the last year. I do not do any cardio in my work

out because i am a ectormorph and alot of people said that cardio kills bulk etc etc. However i have alot of stomach fat now after a year of bodybuilding!!! How could i loose that?

    1. eating les calories? but keeping the same amount of protein

    2. interval training vs cardio?

  • then do interval training. You don't burn as much fat while doing the actual excercise BUT it causes your metabolism to sky rocket after so you burn fat while your watching to tv, sleeping, etc. you burn off way more in the long and also because of the intensity of interval training you actuall build muscle. It also lowers your resting heart rate significantly. By the way if you really want to lose weight try to eat as little bread as possible, still get some carbs in but watch your white bread.

  • also!!!!! if you do it consitantly it raises your resting metabolism rate like smoking does so your body burns fat and calories a hell of a lot quicker.

  • thanks

  • when i do my training i try and make it as intense as possible. i start with a slow jog on the treadmill to warm-up.

then 3 minutes sprinting at 16kmh, then down to 10.5kmh for 2 minutes, back to 16kmh for 3, back to 10.5kmh for 2, back to 16kmh to finish, then cooldown with walking speed.

i use the bike aswell, but i prefer the treadmill.

it works for me though, keeps me fit enough for the royal navy anyway!

  • Thats Good man, Keep it up

  • Click me and lose weight!

  • which is better? bike interval training or treadmill interval training? in terms of efficiency for fat burning or increasing metabolism.

  • I don't really do this, I use the highest possible incline, and usually do the workout.

I do 3.7 for 10 Minutes, and do about 400 jumping jacks, and then some sit ups, I still have a bit of belly fat left, so I don't do the usual sit up..I use the one where you kind of curl up, No idea..

Anyways, After that I get back on the treadmill and finish up on punching and kicking on the bag. overall, this gets me to sweat a lot, but isn't very intense.

  • I have proven I am right.

You are not an expert. I AM.

  • The bottom line:

You're wrong about HIIT having an afterburn.

  • Surprise surprise, another account. You don't "own" me or anyone else with your arguments. Who was the one re-ignited a tirade when there was no comment for several weeks? You're seriously pathetic.

  • WRONG.

    THERE IS NO AFTERBURN

  • RECENT by the way

  • There is no afterburn.

What don't you get you tard?

Peer reviewed scientific literature SUPPORTS my stance.

What do YOU have other than HIIT fanboy beliefs?

  • SPRINTS HAVE NO AFTERBURN

  • OWNED

  • hahaha, what is this? Your 1,236,893 account on Youtube? Owned?? How about pathetic? hahaha loser. Go create some more accounts

  • Owned?? hahahaha . How about "The Most Psychotic Person On Youtube"? Is this like the 1,242,549 youtube account you have? What a loser. Go create another account.

  • UP YOURS LOSER

    LOL!

  • LOSER LOL!

  • UP YTOURS

  • GO WAX YOUR BOYFRUND'S BUTTHOLE

  • I don't know whether to laugh or feel sorry for you. Using sooo many accounts just to argue with people. Anyone reading your responses will surely have the same impression as I do, that you REALLY HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES that need to be worked out.

  • UP YOURS CO CK SUCKER!

  • Thanks for proving my point

  • OWNED

  • Fat only burns in the presence of OXYGEN (AEROBIC AACTIVITY)

  • blah blah blah. Go talk to your other split personalities

  • Blah blah blah, So this account must be your "nice account"? The one in which you don't insult so much? You do realize how much of an unstable person you're presenting yourself out to be right?

  • YOU S U CK D I CK LOL

  • I am right, you are wrong . That's the FACT.

Do the research. You will discover this. NO AFTERBURN

  • I have listened to "DirkDigglerfatloss"" arguments, and they are correct. All you have to do is google "exercise does not speed metabolism".

I am afraid he is right, there is no afterburn as previously was thought.

  • Seriously?? Do you even comprehend how much of a nut you are?? How many youtube accounts do you have? Now you're creating another account to agree with yourself? People don't agree with you. Get over it! So far I've counted 4 user accounts for "DirkDigglerfatloss" and "sexylisagirl23"? You pass yourself off as a woman? What the hell is the matter with you? You're the true definition of what psychotic means.

  • Recent research DISPELLS the myth that you can create a 24 hour fat burning situation after exercise. Peer reviewed RECENT research confirms this.

    Quacks HATE peer review.

Give it up you HIIT marketers. No one is listening.

  • This user is another account of DirkDigglerfatloss. This guy is sooo crazy and so beyond f** up he creates seperate accounts so he can contact people who block him because they disgree with them. He then proceeds to insult them. This prime example of a loser has serious problems. Several weeks since I last commented and you can't let that shit go? Get a life wannabe fitness expert.

  • This is cardio. You don't do that for increasing power or bulking up or something. You do it to loose fat. By losing fat your muscle look bigger so you look bigger then you are. WIth is good. That's how models/celebritys get good fizics fast.

I don't suggest interval training though since it's easy to get injured.

Best cardio - Just jog, swim or use skipping rope EVERY day (not just to get ripped ALWAYS) and do it about 40 - 60 mins. Eat properly and you'll get ripped in few months.

  • Sprints are anabolic when done correctly.

SPRINTS BURN SUGAR. DIET AND WALKING is for fat loss

SPRINTS AND WEIGHTS ARE FOR PRESRVING MSUCLE.

  • Creating seperate accounts and proceeding to insult them through e-mails because they don't agree with you is just pathetic. You have some SERIOUS issues.

  • regarding interval training and warm-ups (in all TT manuals).

    Basically, warmup section states,

"Warmup 10 reps of bodyweight squats or lying hip extensions 20 sec plank etc"

    "interval training" section states,

"Warmup for 5 mins using the same mode of exercise you will use for intervals (i.e. if you are going to run for intervals, make sure you warm-up with running, progressing from light to more intense exercise)."

So which is better. Run-Jog-Run (for warmup & IT) or squats, pushups etc.

  • You do the bodyweight warm-up before the weight training portion of TT. Then when you do the TT intervals you do the interval warm-up. So if you do the weight and the intervals on the same day you will do two warm-ups. You are warming different aspects of your body for different types of exercise.

  • NO, you have no idea what you're talking about. Go ask a bodybuilder if they sprint for muscle.

  • I do it very differently. I use the elliptical machine first of all. Secondly, I go light for 2 minutes (65 to 70 Revolutions per minute) then hard for two minutes (85 - 100 Revolutions per minute). I alternate back and forth like that. I'm pretty sure that I am not doing it right but it produces a great workout. I do this for 1.5 hours, 6 days a week. It's way harder than what I use to do, which is just going for 1.5 hrs at a brisk pace. I have lost 20 pounds doing a combination of these two.

  • screw that, i get tired just watching this video

  • LOL!!!

  • The best way to lose fat is to run 5 miles after your weight lifting routine. Then do some push ups, pulls ups and sit ups after the run. That's the tekneek I used to become ripped.

  • well i lift weights so i'm on a lean muscle fat-burning diet. I take whey protein and cell-mass creatine. I hope doing this wont burn out my lean muscle gains...

  • It looks like you've done too much fat loss interval training from this video.

    Thanks for the demo though.

  • What's with the massive shorts? Nice video though - Im subscribing :)

  • ..lololololol...

  • i always puke doing interval training but i like it.

  • what is interval training?

  • This would never work for me.

I'm in rowing, so I have 2 hour practice everyday (1 hour of running, 1 hour of calisthenics) and I can't follow any of this. I have to do super hard EVERYTHING.

I have to lose 14 pounds in 14 days to make light weight. I'm gonna die!

  • why wouldnt i wanna exercise everyday of the week if it is fun? if its not fun it doesnt make much sense to be exercising anyway.

  • If you were a fat slob, that would make sense...right? And I'm sure this is aimed at the person that never exercises first, and then all the fit people second. Im sure fat people dont find exercise fun, they wouldnt be fat if they did.

  • woah chill. But hes right at one thing you shouldnt workout everday of the week you should have at least 2 rest days

  • lol your retarded nothing thats worthwhile is EVER fun...

  • all you have to do to shed pounds per week is use physics. If you burn more calories than you intake pin one day 2-4 times a week. you'll definitely lose weight fast.

  • If the diet is a little bit shit because u eat too less so will Interval Training burn fat for you or only if u have a good eating plan??

  • i first do warm up of 6.5 phase for 5 mins and 5 min for 7 phase, then 5 min for 7.5 phase, then 5 min for 7.0 then 6.0 phase for 5min for total of 25mins

  • interval training is great... but why must you have annoying pop ups on your website?? Live chat agent?.. hmm.. looks like stock photography to me... you could probably use a redesign.

  • I walk at 4.2 mph (Treadmill) for 240 seconds, than spike it to 5.5, for about 90 seconds. Does that work? Please reply!

  • umm it depends on your fitness level.. but i would say go up to 6.5 maybe 7? for 30-45 seconds rather than 90 seconds, and then maybe rest for about 2 minutes at maybe 3.5 to 4.5, u want to have a noticeable difference between your sprinting phase and recovery phase. Hope that works for ya, cheers

  • Thanks! :)

  • Thanks for posting. I just started this workout this week and its really good so far. I do about 4 miles a day right now and plan to gradually go up.

  • Can you run like hell for 10 minutes and then fall down and crawl for 10 minutes?
