@baba1993, you cannot shoot and drive at the same time, if you are playing at the Delta difficulty.
You have to stop driving, switch to the gunner position and only then can you start firing the weapons. And then you have to switch back to the driver position to carry on moving.
It is a big pain, but that's why it's the hardest difficulty.
