What kind of world are we living in when Cops, Lawyers AND Judges are NOT following the laws that they took an oath to uphold!!!!!!? ( Everyone knows that most are just Freemasons in their masonic courts! They just say and do what they want and get away with it, for now! )
As U.S.Citizens 14th Amendment Citizens, we gave up that protection of Article IV, Section III, Clause I, is not protecting us anymore, because of the 14th Amendment. As, in Section III of 14th Amendment, it gives this new political system, de facto (unlawfully created) immunity from not adhering to the U.S.Constitution's Article IV, Section III, Clause I. And, the way I see it, we lost our protection of U.S.Constitution, by allowance of 14thAmendment to naturalise us in remaing 14thAmendCitizen
Thanks for a great series and your dedicated effort. Too bad there is no way to use dismissed cases in the common law stream. The feds do that all the time in order to prevent constitutional challenges from succeeding.

You were let off the hook and hooray for you but unfortunately they do this so you do not create case law which counts against all of these kangaroo courts.
I just do not see things changing until enough people use these tactics and start taking away massive amounts of revenue from their local. Since we are never going to attain favorable rulings, merely dismissals, overwhelming volume is our only formidable course of action.
