Apparently it doesn't matter how much because they sure don't give you amounts. Then I go buy a pasta machine... WTF? ok whatever... roll it out, cut it, drop in boiling water. Great. What about salt? No salt in your pasta mix?

im going to culinary school right now and the way to make fresh pasta is doing it by hand.
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
pinch of salt
mix egg into the flour with a fork until you get a dough kind of feel, kneed by hand for 15 mins
roll pasta in a pasta machine or rolling pin
cut pasta and cook 2-4 mins
