Okay i love Rodney too but only every time they have EVER worked together Carter beat him in thinking of a GOOD solution!! He is NOT way smarter than Carter!!!! =O

Yeh i know that!!

BUT that's where his character was first developed - which makes him NOT way smarter than Carter! Like in the scene with the sinking Puddle jumper Sam was there because she might just be the only person Rodney believes is smarter than himself! I'm not saying she IS smarter than him - more like what he says to her during one of the SG1 episodes she's "an artist" when it comes to developing solutions!
