Lucky for you I own the exact same camera as you do. There are a few buttons on the camera among which a button the says "Wide Select": if you press this button it will switch to 4:3 format. Press it once again it will switch back to 16:9 (Widescreen) format.

It looks like you shot this in 16:9 format but converted it wrongly to 4:3 (320x240). You should've "Letterboxed" it.

Yes, in my first videos i didn't know how to shot in 4:3. Thank you for your advise.
