And wow you're right! Theory of a Deadman's riff seems to be more upbeat rock, which I have to admit I prefer, but that's disappointing, they should have at least given credit where credit was due. Hinder got sued for the Homecoming Queen riff ripping off Guns& Roses, which i think was kinda dumb..this has a much more obvious resemblance..
