The 'eh' sound is not written 'ay' - in English 'ay' represents the vowel in 'day.'

You are also leaving out the initial 'y' sounds as in in 'syem'.

I think she was born in America and learned Russian or her name isn't what the screen says and she's pretending to be Russian, her accent changes everytime she says the numbers and some of them sound wrong :/ first time she said 4, she says shteerye... second time - che-tir-ye, it was was correct second time, some numbers are good first time, some are good second time :/ I'm pretty sure it's learned, all my teachers say it the same everytime they say it.
