I know everybody loves to be all sarcastic about it, but there is a huge difference between the sandwiches most people make, and an awesome deli style sandwich like you demo'd here. As a guy that's worked as a sandwich slave at a variety of delis, some superb, some sub-par, I can tell you that this is a lesson from a master right here. No jokes. Sandwiches are life!
