In Fact, there are 2 "HERE BE DRAGONS" message. and is only a easter egg. from the middle ages, when someone being a carthographer didn't know about unknown regions of the world, this person used to put "Here be (insert mythological creature)!" to tell that zone of the map was unknown in the most part and unexplored.
