  • Correction: it was movable type printing. The distinction is pedantic, but important.

Correction: Gutenberg did not invent it, but was the first in Europe to make it cheap and practicable.

  • @bdf2718 oh ok. thumbing this comment up. thanks.

  • lol ^_^

  • 3:26 wouldn't Origin of Species be the second book ever printed? with the bible being the first?

Great vid, I couldn't stop laughing.

  • @shogo7g lol thanks XD

  • @zecle when creationists only have humour and pettiness to argue.

anyway the priests or the bible never said the men were looking like today when created.

and -4000 is only an estimation.. anyway.. is it the year of creation or the year of formation of the 1st hebraic tribe with first chiefs etc :)

Zebe... i have a question for you: did you get your "wisdom tooth"? the four? two on the top? two on the bottom? and what about your family and your friends?

  • @tounecaneton father james ussher dated the 1st day of the creation on 23 october -4004.

    check google.

and it looks like he dated a lot of events too, the 1st hebraic tribe with abraham first encounter with god is set in -1900something...

check google, don't just trust my words. but it is close.

  • @zecle but what gives you the conviction that they really met god?.. religion has always been a way to make accept laws by the folk. each folk / tribe had his own cult, until another folk impose his to them... etc etc...

judaism happened to have an important place in most of civilizations.. but it could happend with zoroastrism, hinduism, el gabal or many other religions... you see what i mean?

you can think there is a deity, but don't systematically trust any word, you don't know who wrote it.

  • @tounecaneton are you really asking me that ? XD man i don't believe in those collective bullshits, that's not a reason for me to not learn about them.

i personaly think the world would be better if monotheism didn't break out... if atheist religions like buddhism or animism had more importance in History. But we can't be retrospective, it would be intellectually dishonest. the only thing that remains is "what if ?"

i perfectly see what you mean^^

  • @zecle (2) and what i've just said concerns absolutely every religions.

anyway, i ask my question again:

  • You know, Darwin would be very flattered to be given so much credibility for looking at birds.

  • Who's Charles Darwin?
