  • Real ppl, real food and real animal lover xD

bet Humphrey is one of those luckiest dog haha

  • I made a pot pie "bake" basically the same way, but didn't have the pie crust and used canned biscuits on the top. Just peeled the layers to make them a little thinner and spread over the filling, using a casserole dish. It was the last of "simon" the thanksgiving day turkey :)

  • I made this today with our leftovers! I also took some of the leftover herbs from thanksgiving dinner (rosemary, sage, thyme) and baked them into the pie crust. The family loved it.!

  • woman in kitchen!

  • Who sings the song in the background? It really sounds like Hank Green, but I could be wrong...

  • Turkey pot, another yummy dish I remember

  • Nice production value of the video ... much better than most of those who do YouTube cooking thangs.

You did give the dawgs some of that turkey pot pie didn't ya?

    Cheers,

Chuck & Magic (my wunder dog)

  • what band makes the music you play in the videos?

  • Rebecca,

You seem MUCH happier than past episodes. I like that you used more emotion and laughed in this show and hope you continue to do so in future videos.

  • dog eyes breakin my heart!

  • you are so pretty when you smile! and the pot pie looks so delish! i will definitely try this recipe out next time i have meat leftovers :)

and also, i'd be very grateful if you could include the names of the songs in the background on the next video. thanks :D

  • I take my leftover turkey and turn it into my own recipe for Turkey Chili. It is great for those cold winter nights, and it can be made from leftover turkey that has been frozen for a couple of weeks. Thanks for the new recipe for turkey! =0)

  • what is the song called? I really like it :D

  • Gained? I've lost 7 lbs in the past week. ;) FAT SUCKAS!

  • @limalicious ... oh SHIT

  • We make turkey pasties! and we put our left over gravy in the filling last when its going in the pastry shell, but we'll try with butter next time.

  • your laugh is soo cute :) we don't see you laughing so often :)

  • We Make Potato Pancakes from our Whipped Potatoes. Mmmhmmm...

  • damm now i want pie

  • How do you feel about pre-baking the bottom pie crust before putting the filling in?

  • We make turkey soup. It's simple and tasty. Just take the turkey (meat, bones, skin, and all) and boil. Add tomato sauce and your favorite vegetables. Add some pasta (I like spaghetti noddles). Season with salt and pepper or whatever you feel like to season it with. Let it cook until the pasta is done. Serve and eat.

  • Awesome video. Love your doggies.

  • Thumbs up if you figured out what Humphrey and Frankie where looking at!

  • Music sucks.

  • Where's tour brother lately? An update would be pleasant!

  • I use the carcass to make congee. For the meat, I use the rice cooker to cook it with some lop cheong and shiitake.

  • Man, those look freakin' good!

  • everytime I see meat pies like this kind, the song from sweeny todd pops in my head. "....the worse pies in London, if you dare to take a bite..."

  • Don't even like veggies that much, but I know I'd inhale that. We didn't get any leftovers this year, but I know we'll have ham for xmas/new years and I'm looking forward to seeing what y'all will do with that ^^.

  • u have sucky taste for music but good taste for food

  • i love the dogs

  • Needs more pot pie sauce.

  • I didn't get any leftover turkey this Thanksgiving, and since Christmas is ham...I'll be picking up my free(hubby won one) turkey and making it New Years. This looks SO good,so I'm definately going to keep it in mind when I do have leftovers :o)

  • Where's the pot?

  • We made turkey pot pie for Canadian Thanksgiving.

  • Turkey and dumplings yum

  • Looks good! :)

  • This is great!

    Only one problem though.

There were NO LEFTOVERS in our place!

  • @branjobu96

    same problem here....

i wonder if i can find some other things to work as the fillings instead.

  • I made something similar with my thanksgiving leftovers, but I made a single, big pie. It was delicious.

  • this is brill!

  • What a neat idea, I hate making pot pies with cream of chicken soup (as we often have to) because who the hell knows what's in that.

  • @prettyinpunk666 use white sauce with chicken stock. If you trust the brand of stock you buy or if you make it yourself, you'll know what's in it.

  • this is really really gooooooood! love from Indonesia! :*

  • DOUBLE HUMPHREY?

  • What is this song called? The pot pies look great!!!! I would be so fat if I could cook this awesome!!

  • looks good :D

  • people need to learn to cook leftovers all year around. its crazy how much we waste

  • @PlatypusGuitar I disagree, we don't need to cook them, we just need to eat them :P

I already cooked it once I don't see any reason to do it again but maybe I'm just mundane and unoriginal.

  • What's the point of t he break?

  • @ginginha3 Working Class Foodies is syndicated to NBC's New York Nonstop on TV, the break is for them!

  • @HungryNation wow

  • I've made them before but never after Thanksgiving. I'm gonna do this! By the way I saw you guys on TV.

  • I just finished watching a two fat ladies episode in which one of them made a welsh lamb pie. Then turkey pot pies! Very cool way to use left overs!

  • Breakfast hash, pot pies as you mention here and lovely soup!

  • Ok my mind went TOTALLY in the gutter at 3:47! Sorrryyyyy :D

On a side note I HAVE to try this. :) I love pot pies :)

  • Oh my goodness gracious holy lord! That looks amazing! Especially since I Love Potpies!!
