@eaylhtwls68 i thought of it as a TSX type-S. You know, like the DOHC 201HP 2.4 litter i-Vtec loaded engine but add in the RDX turbo in with the new 6speed auto SH-AWD. Keep the styling the same but add the genuine body kit as standard for the type-S model. I call it "the Beamer killer"Im suer it would bring Acuras #1 sales back to tops like the first gen TSX did back in 04-08. I know we already know that the sound of a 4banger loaded with i-Vtec is priceless,so why not let it roar like b4?

I'm trying to remember when was the TSX ever considered a sports car? Especially if it only has 1 engine option on the wagon. Just because it has navigation, hid headlamps and leather doesn't automatically make it luxury or sporty.

I think everyone is missing the point. No its not a sports car but they are just saying that they didnt sacrifice any performance to make it a wagon.

This car happens to be one of the finest small sports sedans with a 4 banger. Perhaps try driving one especially its predecessor and I will imagine that you initial perception about this car not being a true sports car will change. The handling is very nimble and the car is very compliant.. In addition for the power to weight ratio its pretty well balanced, and guess what one can carry approximately 5 people in this vehicle. Yes it may not be a BMW 3 series but its an ACURA, and it is reliable!

As it is, the current Acura TSX is only available in limited colors (I think white, silver and black) with manual, which is very annoying... though at least you can get a loaded manual; Acura and BMW are the only companies with fully loaded manual sedans (I guess Infiniti should get props for the G37, but no manual Infiniti M).

I'd buy a BMW, but new ones are just too much out of my price range, and it's hard to find used manual wagons.

The G37, Mustang, and Corvette isn't even in the same segment as the TSX I4. The G37 isn't a "sports car". The G37 is more like a middle size luxury car with a big engine. The Mustang is a pony car, and the Corvette Z06 is a sports cars, but its not in the segment of these cars. Can't be compared. Get your shit together. In fact TSX is more "sporty" than the G37. Stating that the TSX did win touring races and the G37 didn't win any, because it wasn't in any, fail.

Okay, first off, a RWD don't make it a sports car, dip shits. There are a lot of sports cars that are FWD. The funny thing is that you haters... The FWD TSX is faster than the RWD C300 and IS250. Guess I'm driving a sports car with my TSX. Wow! I feel good now..lol The 4cyl handles like one but the power is not like a true sports car. The 6cyl is definitely a bit closer but it is a sedan. Maybe they shoul have said sport sedan..lol The G37, Mustang and Corvette are sports cars.
